What security is there in the building?

A brand new security system has recently been installed which requires tenants to use a FOB security access key to enter through the front door from the street. Then the main door to the level two offices are locked and unlocked via a key which all Westend on Richmond tenants have access to. Finally a door which has pin code lock is required to enter the office spaces which also all Westend on Richmond tenants have access to. Note during business hours the second and third door will be open and thus these door will only require unlocking if you are the very first person in the office.

Is there access to the offices on the weekends/public holidays?

Yes, outside of business hours there is access to the business suites the exact same way as during business hours.

Is there parking available for cars, motorbikes and bicycles?

Unfortunately parking is not available within the building, however there are streets nearby that have paid parking available. There is Waitrose parking 20 meters from Westend on Richmond which has two hours free parking available with the purchase of any item. There is motorbike parking that is nearby and free. As well as bicycle parking 20 meters away from Westend on Richmond entrance.

Is there public transport nearby?

Yes, Richmond train station is a two minute walk to Westend on Richmond. Richmond train station is on the green district underground line, the orange overground line and South Western railway line. Additionally, Westend on Richmond is a one minute walk from Richmond station bus stop, the Quadrant Richmond (stop F) and Eton street (stop G) which service numerous routes such as 33, 65, 190, 337, 371, 391, 419, 490, 493, 969, H22, H37, N22, R68 and R70. Also there are a number of other bus stations within a five to ten minute walking radius.

Where do my clients park?

Yes, Westend on Richmond’s business suites are located in the heart of Richmond CBD. All the usual fast food chains such as Itsu, McDonald’s, Tortilla, Subway, Paul, Leon, Pret a Manger, Wagamama, Five Guys, Byron, Nandos and Maki & Bowl as well as numerous other restaurants are within a five minute walking radius. Additionally, Starbucks, Costa, Caffe Nero, Kiss the Hippo Coffee and smaller coffee shops are littered throughout Richmond. Also Tesco’s, Waitrose and Wholefoods supermarkets within a two minute stroll from the offices.

 
What is the minimal contractual agreement?

We require an initial six month contractual commitment and then a monthly rollover contract will take place. Note; an initial one month bond is payable and rent is paid monthly in advance.

How much notice do I need to give if I want to terminate my tenancy?

We require two months written notice of your decision to terminate your tenancy.

Can I pay my monthly rental with my credit card?

Yes, we take MasterCard and Visa. We do not charge any processing fee so earn those points! We also offer our bank account details to tenants for direct payment.

Are there any personal guarantees?

No, at Westend on Richmond we do not require any personal guarantees.

Are there exit fees?

No, at Westend on Richmond we do not any exit fees upon termination of the contract.

Are there any additional costs for things such as power, amenities or internet?

The only additional monthly costs will be printing, photocopying, extra data and additional calls over your allowances. Extra data is billed at £10 + GST per 10 GB per month. Additional local and national calls are charged at £0.15 per call.
